We completed the unit 12. The unit was about how to use the past continuous for an action in progress in past and simple past for an action that interrupt it. 
At the begging of the unit we talked about accidental inventions, like the popsicle, velcro or post-it notes. Paola said that coca-cola was a medicine first, but now is a famous drink. I was read the same in an article a long time ago.
Then, in groups we described a picture using adverbs. We created a story about it. Our story was about a model who was focus in the paparazzi behind her. So she fell in the hole in front of her and the cake guy let fall the cake on her because he didn't see anything. The paparazzi took pictures of her full of cake. The story of Ricardo's group was full of imagination, I liked it. After that, we listened a conversation, and we read the grammar focus of the page 81, about how to use the present perfect continuous for actions that start in the past and continue into the present. We spoke in groups using this structure. 
Then , we read a text about a group of musicians and learned some of words of the text. I learned the majority of the words: Handicaps, rehearse, raise awareness and disabled. 
The class was very short because the previous class was longer than this. Nazareth and Marilyn told me that Mackenzie did a good and funny class on tuesday. Sadly, I could not attend the class because I had a physiological test. But fortunately, I could be in that class because we learned things that I always want to learn.  I love grammar, so in high school I liked too much when the topic of the spanish class was about grammar. So now, I enjoy the classes more.
