The class started with the presentations about the test. The presentations had the correct answers of the test and the explanation of the grammar that we had to use. We see the expositions of Kenneth, Hellen, Anneth, Allan, Nazareth, Marilyn, Leonor and Ricardo. I liked Nazareth’s presentation because she did a game “Broken telephone” and was very funny see the people confused with the phrase that we had to say.
Then, we read our comment about the comparison between the book and the movie “A Walk to remember”. There are many differences between the book and the movie, the book has more details than the movie. The movie is faster than the book and left behind important events, some details were forgotten too.
After that, we completed a questionnaire to help the teacher with the university. The questionnaire was about how is easier learn English for us, if the decoration of the classroom could help us to learn better, how the English teacher would be, if learn grammar is important and why and other questions.
The teacher gave me the tests. I thought that I will wrong more questions in the tests, but I don’t have a good note either. I forgot details about the book because I read it in a short time 3 months ago. So I wrote some stupid things, for example, I wrote that the Drama Teacher’s name was Susana. But in the book doesn’t appear any name, the book shows just the last name “Garber”.
The teacher gave us the topics for the test. We have to learn a lot of new information. Maybe, we are afraid but if we study a lot we will learn a lot too. We need to memorized and learn 30 slangs, 30 idioms and 30 two word verbs. We will answer questions about the book “A walk to remember” again. And we are reading a new book now, I think I will have a mix of information of the two books.
